A test day is necessary before we validate the arrival of your canine. During this test day, you agree to pick up your dog as soon as possible.

The owner certifies that he has RC insurance covering all damage that his canine could cause, whether for material damage, injuries caused or any other type of damage.

All residents, out of respect for the rules but above all with regard to other dogs, must imperatively have all the compulsory vaccinesup to date.  as well as kennel cough vaccine (intranasal).

The vaccination record must be sent to us by e-mail for your dog's file at least 2 days before his first stay. 

Dogs must be able to stand alone without barking or destroying. Your dog must get along with the other residents whether they are male or female.

The owners provide food for their protégés in sufficient quantity for the duration of the stay. 

We can take care of feeding your dog for an additional fee, depending on the quantities needed.

Uncastrated males are admitted to the pension provided they are perfectly socialized.

female dogs do not necessarily need to be neutered. female dogs in heat are not allowed at the pension.

For advance reservations (1 week or more in advance), payments are made by bank transfer within two days. If the payment has not reached us within two days, your reservation will be canceled automatically.

For last minute reservations, payment is made in cash or by credit card on the morning of arrival at the Auberge des Toutous. (We use Sumup, the old Postfinance card does not work).

In the event of a medical emergency, we go as quickly as possible to the nearest veterinary practice, that of the Tuileries. We inform the owner of the situation as soon as possible but give priority to the health of your dog.

The costs generated are entirely borne by the owner, no claim can be made against the Auberge des Toutous or its staff.
